Cancellation & Appointment Policy I kindly ask you to cancel your appointment at least 24 hours in advance. This is very important for my work, as this is my livelihood. Kindly arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled massage time. In case of late arrival, the full amount will be charged, and depending on my schedule, the massage may or may not be extended.
